We are looking for an Associate Production Director to support the Core Teams of the different projects being in development, from pre-production to LiveOps afterward.

Superpowers you have

Strong organizational and communication skills;
Prior experience in managing clients;
Solid track record of projects, 6+ published games, successfully delivered (on-time/on-budget);
5+ years of experience as a senior producer or in a similar position;
7+ years of experience in managing multiple cross-discipline teams;
7+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment: Scrum, Kanban;
Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation;
Experience of developing games with UNITY;
Experience running LiveOps – KPIs-driven decisions.

Becoming part of Solid Bash, you will

Support the Producer and Lead Creative to define the overall game vision and project requirements;
Support the Pitch Producer to define the scope of the different opportunities – establish its main deliverables and key milestones;
Review the Product Backlog structure and the Stories syntax and make sure that the Framework is correctly implemented;
Support the Producer to create the high-level roadmap and timeline, establish its main deliverables and key milestones, and set its development strategies and budgets;
Monitor progress and sync up weekly with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to keep the project on track;
Support and promote the implementation of the Production Framework (Agile/Scrum) internally;
Support the Head of Production to improve the Framework: process, guidelines, and best practices;
Establish and document, under the supervision of the Head of Production, processes with external studios and partners;
Schedule and run, with the Head of Production, the annual evaluation of the producers;
Set up new projects when the Producer (PO) is not yet assigned;
Create and maintain a supportive work environment and help grow the production team;
Interview Producers and other leads;
Ensure the optimal growth and profit of the different projects;
Review budget reports from the Producers regularly.
