You

Superpowers you have

Proven experience in game development, with at least 10 years in production or project management roles.
Strong understanding of the game development process, including art, design, and programming.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel.
Experience in process implementation and establishment.
Excellent knowledge of PM methodologies and their implementation.
Experience in executive reporting, process documentation and training, compliance metrics, and contracts.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with external and internal partners.
Ability to manage and resolve conflict.
Accuracy to details.
Strong influencing skills.

Becoming part of Solid Bash, you will

Iterate on the existing PMO strategy that ensures compliance with standards and leads the production team to successful project delivery.
Collaborate with leadership for timely issue resolution, continuous process improvement, and adherence to Agile best practices and company policies.
Analyze project results to improve future products.
Ensure the smooth operation of each team member, assisting in solving complex problems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the division’s members and make management decisions to improve their performance indicators.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact the budget and resource allocation.
Participate in client pitches, collaborate on visually compelling proposals, and maintain an impressive portfolio to showcase the company’s creative strengths.
Ensure good client relationships, resolve conflicts, and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
Engage in industry events and conferences to gain knowledge and enhance company recognition.
Focus on managing resources to align with the studio’s strategy and budget, optimizing their usage for maximum efficiency, and addressing any constraints.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Report to studio leadership, contribute to creating studio development strategy and highlight risks and response strategies for the department.
