The perfect candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing processes for maximum productivity.

Superpowers you have

3+ years of proven success in a business process management role within IT;
Strong analytical and financial skills;
BPMS systems knowledge will be a plus;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions in complex situations;
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes;
Proficiency with GSuite applications, especially deep knowledge of Google Sheets;
Experienced user of Jira, Confluence, and MS Dynamics 365 is preferable;
Deep understanding of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications;
Upper Intermediate level of English.

Becoming part of Solid Bash, you will

Support with designing and implementation of the operations process in the Mobile Service Line to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
Interact with the different departments on a Group Level to set up internal business processes;
Assist with business transformation initiatives on the Group level;
Support processes to meet the financial needs of Mobile Service Line;
Support the financial reporting provided to Mobile Service Line by the Financial Department;
Assist with the resource management processes in the Mobile Service Line;
Support the revenue recognition processes for projects of Mobile Service Line;
Control the purchase of equipment (PCs, laptops), licenses, and subscriptions;
Support, improve, and encourage education and knowledge-sharing processes;
Support requests in Jira and work with documentation on Confluence for another SL.
