Proven experience in game development, with at least 5 years in production or project management roles.

Strong understanding of the game development process, including art, design, and programming.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel.

Experience in process implementation and establishment.

Excellent knowledge of PM methodologies and their implementation.

Experience in executive reporting, process documentation and training, compliance metrics, and contracts.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with external and internal partners.

Ability to manage and resolve conflict.

Accuracy to details.

Strong influencing skills.

Becoming part of Solid Bash, you will

Manage the product backlog, facilitate cross-discipline collaboration, and oversee adaptable project management processes to align with production goals;

Lead and mentor a diverse global production team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team capacity through active recruitment and onboarding for complex projects.

Serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, coordinating updates, meetings, and reports to ensure alignment with project and business objectives.

Work with Project Managers to align scope with budgets and timelines, prioritizing and optimizing resources to maintain project quality.

Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

Create dashboards and analyze reports to track progress, drive improvements, and align projects with the product vision.

Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing emerging challenges to maintain production stability.

Contribute to strategic project planning, defining long-term objectives, milestones, and product goals.

Support and implement change management initiatives, communicating adjustments to teams and stakeholders effectively.
